Business Systems Analyst III (Remote)
Overview
This is a remote role that may be hired in several markets across the United States.
This position delivers strategic insight into business systems through complex analysis, reporting, and operational activities. Serves as a technical expert on system usage and performance. Determines business requirements and implements appropriate specifications, monitoring for compliance and effectiveness. Assists in identifying and resolving process issues which may involve system testing or development. May oversee the work of less experienced analysts in the work group.
Responsibilities
• Data Analysis - Sources, compiles, and interprets data. Analyzes data for accuracy and efficiencies, effectively communicates analysis output.
• Identifying Requirements - Determines system requirements and communicates them through the use of specifications, reports, project plans, or other forms of documentation. Identifies issues that affect system processes, and assists in correcting. Ensures compliance through testing and analysis.
• Reporting - Produces advanced reporting based on data analysis, user input, and system testing. Identifies patterns, problems, and areas of improvement. May develop process enhancements based on analysis results.
• Project Management - In this role, you will be responsible for taking ownership of your tasks to include planning, coordination with partners and team members, and implementation support activities.
• System Support - Provides expert technical support for systems by responding to escalated inquiries, ensuring processes run smoothly, and working to continuously improve the end-user experience. Implements recommended modifications and enhancements. Serves as an analytics resource to wider organization or business units, offering guidance on systems and data output.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in Systems Support, or Analytics, or Operations Support OR High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience in Systems Support, or Analytics, or Operations Support
Preferred Skills and Experience:
•
• Advanced experience with and understanding of SOAP and REST API's
• Source to target data mapping
• SoapUI/ReadyAPI or similar tools
• Experience with business process mapping and process optimization
• Experience with Jira/Confluence
• Proven ability to resolve conflicting situations to move process and people forward
• In depth knowledge and experience with System Life Cycle Development methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile

If hired in North Carolina, the base pay for this position is generally between $78,000 and $119,600. If hired in Texas, Arizona or Florida, the base pay for this position is generally between $85,773 and $131,518. Actual starting base pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. For some roles, total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and/or other awards as outlined in the offer of employment.
